After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant/accused person and the learned ADPP, the same was allowed, subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- and a P.R. Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. And whereas, the required surety and P.R. Bond have been furnished on behalf of the accused person and has been provisionally accepted.
