SUBJECT: RELEASE WRIT OF ACCUSED AAQIB ALI S/O KHADIM ALI SHAH IN BAIL APPLICATION NO. 1704/2026 AAQIB ALI VERSUS THE STATE U/S. 24 SINDH ARMS ACT, 2013, CRIME NO: 160/2026 OF POLICE STATION SHAHPURCHAKAR.
WHEREAS, learned advocate for accused has filed an bail application U/S 497 Cr.P.C, for grant of bail of above named accused after hearing the arguments, the bail is granted to the above named applicant/accused subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.30,000/- ( Thrity Thousands ) and P.R bond in the like amount .The required surety has been furnished on behalf of accused, which has been accepted.
You are, therefore, directed to release the above named accused in the above mentioned case/crime, forthwith, if he is not required in any other case. The P.R bond of accused is enclosed herewith and same be returned to this Court after obtaining the signature/ LTI of accused on it. Accused is directed to appear before the concerned trial Court on the date of hearing without fail for facing his trial.
