Subject:         RELEASE WRIT.

       Whereas, the below named Accused person in the above noted crime is confined in your jail.

                   And whereas, a bail application U/s 497 Cr.P.C was filed by advocate on behalf of above named accused person before the Honourable High Court of Sindh Circuit Court, Hyderabad bearing Criminal Bail Application No. S-833/2026 for grant of bail after arrest to the below named accused person in the above mentioned crime number.

                   And whereas, after hearing the advocate for accused and learned APG, Sindh on behalf of the state, the Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court Hyderabad has granted bail to the accused on furnishing solvent surety in sum of Rs. 100,000/- (One Lac Only)with P.R Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of (tiral)court and such letter  received to this court under endorsement No. Cr. Bail Application No. S-833/2026 No. 10621 Dated: 03.11.2026.

           And whereas, the required surety has been furnished by the  below named accused/applicant in the sum of Rs. 100,000/- (One Lac Only) with P.R Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this (trial)court.

                   You are, therefore, hereby required to release the below named accused person forthwith, if not required in any custody case pending against in any other court, after obtaining his P.R. Bond with directions to appear in trial court on date of hearing, and it is further directed, and return this writ duly executed to this court within three (3) days after your receipt thereof.
