OF SCNS ACT 2024, CRIME NO.14/2026 OF PS KHIPRO.
Whereas, a criminal bail application U/S 497 Cr.PC has been filed by the Counsel on behalf of above named applicant/accused before learned Additional Sessions Judge-1 (MCTC)/Special Judge for CNS Cases, Sanghar, after hearing the arguments has granted bail to the above named applicant/accused vide order dated 11.7.2026 subject to furnishing the solvent surety in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. The required surety has been furnished on behalf of applicant/accused before this Court, which has been accepted by this Court.
You are hereby directed to release the named above applicant/accused in the above mentioned case/crime forth-with if he is not required in any other case/crime by any other Court of law. The P.R bond of the accused is enclosed herewith and same be returned to this Court for record, after obtaining the signature/LTI thereon. The applicant/accused be directed to appear before this Court on the next date of hearing viz: 06.11.2026 at 08:30 am without fail to face his trial.
