After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant/accused and the learned ADPP, the same was allowed, subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- and a P.R. Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. And whereas, the required surety and P.R. Bond have been furnished on behalf of the accused person and has been provisionally accepted.

                            You are, therefore, hereby directed to release the above-named accused forthwith, if he is not required in any other case/crime pending against them in any court of law, after proper verification, identification, and obtaining the P.R. Bond affixed herewith.
