SUBJECT:      RELEASE OF ACCUSED AQIB BAIG S/O WAHEED BAIG IN CRIME NO.FIR-CC-Hyd(ACC)-28/2026 OF POLICE STATION Composite Circle, HYDERABAD, U/SECTION 462-I, PPC.

                        Whereas, the above cited Cr. Bail Application was filed before Honourable High Court of Sindh Circuit Court, Hyderabad on behalf of accused Aqib Baig S/o Waheed Baig and upon hearing Mr.Muhammad Irfan Chandio, advocate for the applicant, has granted bail to the said accused in the sum of Rs.200,000/- and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of trial Court.

                        And whereas the required surety has been furnished by the surety of accused person.

                        You are therefore, directed and required to release accused Aqib Baig S/o Waheed Baig from you custody forthwith if he is not required in any other custody case, after causing his P.R bond executed in the sum of Rs.200,000/- (Two Lacs) and P.R bond in the like amount  for his appearance before trial Court on the dates of hearing at 08:30 a.m positively until final disposal of the case.
