SUBJECT:      RELEASE OF ACCUSED ASIF S/O MUKHTIAR QURESHI IN CRIME NO.183/2026 OF POLICE STATION PINYARI, HYDERABAD, U/SECTION 9(1)3(C) SINDH CNS ACT 2024.

                        Whereas, the above cited Spl Cr. Bail Application was filed before this Court on behalf of accused Asif S/o Mukhtiar Qureshi and upon hearing Mr.Muhammad Tahir Ali, advocate for the applicant and Mr.Abdul Qayoom Memon, A.D.D.P for the state, has granted bail to the said accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/- and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of trial Court.

                        And whereas the required surety has been furnished by the surety of accused person.

                        You are therefore, directed and required to release accused Asif S/o Mukhtiar Qureshi from you custody forthwith if he is not required in any other custody case, after causing his P.R bond executed in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Fifty thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount  for his appearance before trial Court on the dates of hearing at 08:30 a.m positively until final disposal of the case.
