Whereas, the Counsel on behalf of above named applicant/accused has filed criminal bail application U/S 497 Cr.PC in mentioned S.Case, and whereas this Court, after hearing the arguments of respective Counsels, the applicant/accused was admitted to post arrest bail subject to furnishing his solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) with P.R. bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. The required surety has been furnished on behalf of above named applicant/accused, which is accepted by this Court.
