Whereas in the Applicant/ Accused namely ((1) Yashwa Javed (2) Badal S/o James involved in Crime No.245/2024, U/S 337-F(iv) PPC, P.S PIB Colony moved bail application 497 Cr.P.C. through his counsel praying form release on bail.
And upon hearing the bail application this Court has been pleased grant bail on 09-07-2024 to the applicant in sum of Rs. 20,000/- each with surety and PR Bond as required.
Now, you the superintendent are hereby directed to release above-named accused. If he is not required in any other custody case after causing personal reorganization in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- each to be executed by the applicant/ accused separately before you the superintendent and same is returned to the Court.
