Whereas, this Court has granted bail to the accused named above in above mentioned crime offence in the sum of Rs:50,000/-(Fifty Thousand). Accused has furnished required surety which has been accepted.
You are hereby directed to release the above named accused forthwith, if he is not required in other case custody by any Court of law. The P.R. bond of the accused is sent herewith for obtaining signature/LTI of the accused, and same may be returned to this Court. The accused is directed to attend before trial court, without fail.
