Whereas, a bail application U/S 497 Cr.P.C has been filed by the Counsel of applicant/accused, named above before the Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court Mirpurkhas, The Honourable High Court after hearing the arguments bail is granted to the above named applicant/accused subject to his furnishing bail bond in the sum of Rs.100000/-(One Hundred Thousand Rupees) with one more surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. The required sureties have been furnished by the applicant/accused, which has been accepted by this Court.
You are hereby directed to release the named above applicant/accused in the above mentioned case/crime forth-with if he is not required in any other case/crime by any other Court of law. The P.R bond of the accused is enclosed herewith and same be returned to this Court for record, after obtaining the signature/LTI thereon.
