Subject: RELEASE ORDER.
Whereas, the accused person(s) named below:-
Muhammad Moez S/o Muhammad Qamar
has been directed by this Court to be enlarged on bail in the above-noted crime subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- along with executing P.R. Bond in the like amount.
And whereas, Seema Qamar W/o Muhammad Qamar has stood surety for the above-named accused and her surety has been accepted by this Court subject to verification of DSCs from concerned authority.
Now, therefore, you are hereby directed to release the above-named accused in this crime, if he is not required/confirmed in any other crime under the intimation to this Court.
You are, further directed to get executed one P.R Bond in sum of Rs.50,000/- by the said accused before you, certify the said execution, and submit the same before this Court within two (2) days thereof along with your endorsement.
You are also required to direct the said accused to appear before this Court on 02-09-2024 at 08:30am without fail.
