Whereas, the counsel on behalf of above named applicant/accused has filed criminal bail application U/S 497 Cr.P.C, in above mentioned case before the Court of Honourable, Sessions Judge, Sanghar, whereby after hearing the argument of respective counsel, the applicant/accused was admitted to bail subject to furnishing of solvent surety in the sum of Rs.100,000/- (Rupee One Lac) and P.R. bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. The required surety has been furnished on behalf of above named applicant/accused, which is accepted by this Court.
You are, hereby directed to release the above named applicant/accused in the above mentioned case and crime forthwith, if, he is not required in any other custody case by any Court of law.
