Whereas the above named applicant/accused filed application U/S 497 Cr.P.C through their counsel, for grant of bail in above case & crime and after hearing the Advocate for applicant/accused and ADPP for State, this Court has granted bail to the above named accused vide order dated 05.11.2024, subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with P.R bond in the like amount.
