Whereas, applicant/accused 01. Saddam Hussain S/o Lal Bux, 02. Wazir Ali S/o Rahim Bux & 03. Danyal S/o Ghulam Asghar All by Caste Lashari, have been granted bail by this Court, vide B.A order dated: 19.11.2024 passed in Criminal Bail Application No.1615/2024, U/s 497 Cr.P.C, Re- Saddam Hussain and others V/S The State for the offence punishable under section 324, 353, 402, 34 PPC, arising out of Crime No.31/2024 of Police Station Mahi Makool, in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) each and P.R bond in the like amount.
And whereas, the required surety on behalf of above named applicants/accused have been furnished, which has been provisionally accepted by this Court.
You are hereby directed to release the above named applicants/accused forthwith if they are no more required in any other custody case, after taking their PR bond, the P.R bond taken from the accused be sent to this Court and applicants/accused bound down to appear before the concerned Court, positively.
