WHEREAS, on receipt of bail application filed by advocate on behalf of accused, GUL HASSAN S/O GHULAM RASOOL AND ALI KHAN S/O MOHAMMAD AMEEN, after hearing the advocate for accused and learned ADPP for the State, this Court has ordered that the above named accused be released on bail after furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs 30,000/-(Rupees Thirty Thousands) for each accused with P.R bond in the like amount.
WHEREAS one, Ghulam Hyder S/o Ghulam Nabi R/o Village Pat Noor Shah Kandhra Taluka Rohri District Sukkur, has stood surety for above named accused, appeared and filed affidavit alongwith surety documents to stand surety for above named mentioned accused.
You are, therefore, directed to release the above named accused from your jail custody forthwith if, he is no more required in any other custody case or crime.
