Subject:         RELEASE WRIT IN CRIMINAL BAIL APPLICATION NO.76/2025.

                  Whereas the below named applicants/accused has filed bail application under section 497 Cr. PC before this court praying therein that they may be granted bail after arrest and this court after hearing the advocate for the applicants/accused has granted bail after arrest to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs:50,000/- each (Fifty Thousand rupees each) with P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.

              The applicants/accused named above have furnished the required surety before this court in the sum of Rs:50,000/- each (Fifty Thousand rupees each) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court.

                 You are, therefore, directed to release the above named applicants/accused forthwith in above mentioned case/crime, if no more required in any other custody case/crime, after execution their P.R bond in the sum of  Rs:50,000/- each (Fifty Thousand rupees each) for their appearance before the trial court and return executed P.R bond to this court within two days after receipt of this letter.
