SUBJECT:     RELEASE OF ACCUSED SALEEM S/O ALLAH JURIO, KHASKHELI IN CR.BAIL APPLN. NO.200/2025, (SALEEM KHASKHELI VS THE STATE) IN CRIME NO.17/2025 OF P/STATION HATRI, HDYERABAD, U/SECTION 25 SINDH ARMS ACT, 2013.

Whereas, the above cited Cr.Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused SALEEM S/O ALLAH JURIO, KHASKHELI and upon hearing Mr.Abdul Kabir Wagan, learned Advocate for an applicant/accused and  Mr.Abdul Qayoum Memon, DDPP for the State, this Court has granted bail to the said accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/-(thirty thousand) and P.R bond(s) in the like amount.

And whereas the required surety has been furnished and one SAHIB ZADI SOLANGI W/O HABIBULLAH has stood surety for the accused.

                   You are therefore, directed and required to release accused SALEEM S/O ALLAH JURIO, KHASKHELI from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other custody case, after causing his P.R bond(s) executed in the sum of Rs.30,000/-(thirty thousand) and P.R bond(s) in the like amount for his appearance before concerned/trial Court on the dates of hearing at 08:30 a.m positively until final disposal of case.
