Whereas, the above cited Cr.Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused 1.SHAHLAN W/O WALI MUHAMMAD AND 2.SALMA @ PATHANI W/O MUHAMMAD and upon hearing Mr.Zulfiqar Ali Brohi, learned Advocate for an applicant/accused and Mr.Abdul Qayoum Memon, DDPP for the State, this Court has granted bail to the said accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/-(thirty thousand) each and P.R bond(s) in the like amount.

And whereas the required surety has been furnished and one MUHAMMAD USMAN S/O BELO has stood surety for the accused.

                   You are therefore, directed and required to release accused 1.SHAHLAN W/O WALI MUHAMMAD AND 2.SALMA @ PATHANI W/O MUHAMMAD from your custody forthwith if they are not required in any other custody case, after causing their P.R bond(s) executed in the sum of Rs.30,000/-(thirty thousand) each and P.R bond(s) in the like amount for their appearance before concerned/trial Court on the dates of hearing at 08:30 a.m positively until final disposal of case.
