SUBJECT:     RELEASE OF ACCUSED MUHAMMAD LATIF S/O MUHAMMAD ACHAR IN CR.BAIL APPLN. NO.189/2025, (MUHAMMAD LATIF & ORS VS STATE) IN CRIME NO.11/2025 OF P/STATION HUSRI, HDYERABAD,  U/SECTIONS 324, 353, 147, 148, 149 PPC.

Whereas, the above cited Cr.Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused MUHAMMAD LATIF S/O MUHAMMAD ACHAR and upon hearing        Mr.Zulfiqar Ali Brohi, learned Advocate for an applicant/accused and Mr.Abdul Qayoum Memon, DDPP for the State, this Court has granted bail to the said accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/-(thirty thousand) and P.R bond(s) in the like amount.

And whereas the required surety has been furnished and one SHAHZAD ALI S/O DHANI BUX has stood surety for the accused.

                   You are therefore, directed and required to release accused MUHAMMAD LATIF S/O MUHAMMAD ACHAR from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other custody case, after causing his P.R bond(s) executed in the sum of Rs.30,000/-(thirty thousand) and P.R bond(s) in the like amount for his appearance before concerned/trial Court on the dates of hearing at 08:30 a.m positively until final disposal of case.
