Whereas, the above named appellant/convict namely Muhammad Adil s/o Muhammad Yaqoob, Malik was convicted by the ld.Civil Judge/J.M-IX, Hyderabad vide judgment dated 18.1.2025 passed in Criminal Case No.3003/2023.
And whereas, the appellant/convict preferred Crl.Appeal against impugned judgment and after hearing his advocate and learned DDPP for the State, this Court has allowed the appeal and the appellant/convict is acquitted of the charge.
You are hereby directed to release the said appellant/convict Muhammad Adil s/o Muhammad Yaqoob, Malik forthwith if he is not required in any other custody case.
