WHEREAS, the applicant/accused Arman S/O Emanuel through his advocate moved bail application before this Court 1 ADJ Karachi East praying for release on bail.
AND WHEREAS, upon hearing the bail application this court has been pleased to grant bail to the applicant in sum of Rs.50,000/- (fifty Thousand Only) with one surety and P.R. Bond in the like amount, and whereas the surety on behalf of the applicant has been furnished in this Court as required.
