Whereas, bail application U/s: 497 Cr.P.C has been filed by applicant/accused through his counsel in above said crime.
After hearing the learned advocate for the applicant/ accused and learned ADPP on behalf of state, this court has granted bail to the applicant/accused below named in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty Thousand) each with P.R Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.
