SUBJECT:     RELEASE OF ACCUSED MUHAMMAD HASHIM S/O MUHAMMAD QASIM, BULEDI IN CR.BAIL APPLN. NO.226/2025, (MUHAMMAD HASHIM VS THE STATE) IN CRIME NO.06/2025 OF P/STATION PHULELI, HDYERABAD,   U/SECTION 25 SINDH ARMS ACT, 2013.

Whereas, the above cited Cr.Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused MUHAMMAD HASHIM S/O MUHAMMAD QASIM, BULEDI and upon hearing Mr.Mumtaz Sachal Awan, learned Advocate for an applicant/accused and  Mr.Abdul Qayoum Memon, DDPP for the State, this Court has granted bail to the said accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/-(thirty thousand) and P.R bond(s) in the like amount.

And whereas the required surety has been furnished and one SAIFAL KHAN S/O ABDUL MAJEED has stood surety for the accused.

                   You are therefore, directed and required to release accused MUHAMMAD HASHIM S/O MUHAMMAD QASIM, BULEDI from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other custody case, after causing his P.R bond(s) executed in the sum of Rs.30,000/-(thirty thousand) and P.R bond(s) in the like amount for his appearance before concerned/trial Court on the dates of hearing at 08:30 a.m positively until final disposal of case.
