WHEREAS, this Court convicted and sentenced accused Sabz Ali S/O Jalal by caste Jatoi under section 302, 324, 337-F (iii), 148, 149-PPC for imprisonment for life and fine amounting to Rs.500,000/- vide Judgment dated 04.12.2021. The accused Sabz Ali S/O Jalal by caste Jatoi preferred appeal before Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court Larkana. The Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court Larkana has been pleased to order that “The appeal allowed, and the appellant is acquitted of the charge. He may be released forthwith if no required in any other custody case.” Vide Judgment dated 28.01.2025 passed in criminal appeal No.S-60 of 2021.
YOU ARE, therefore, directed/authorized to release the above named accused from your custody forthwith, if he is no more required in any other custody case/crime.
