Subject:         RELEASE ORDER

                     WHEREAS the below named accued through his advocate moved application U/S 497 Cr.P.C in this Bail Application praying for release on bail and whereas, upon hearing the bail application u/s 497 Cr. P.C in this court has granted bail to the above named applicant/accused person in sum of Rs.50,000/- each solvent surety for accused with P.R bond in the like amount and whereas the surety on behalf of the applicant/accused  has been furnished as required.

                    Now, you the superintendent of jail  therefore, required to release the below named applicant/accused forth with if not required in any other custody case, after causing a personal recognizance bond in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- each (Fifty thousand each only ) one surety to execute by the said applicant/accused  separately before you, the Superintendent of Jail to certify the executed of write by endorsement on its back and return the same duly endorsed within two days from receipt hereof. You are required to direct the applicant/accused to appear before this Court.
