SUBJECT:     RELEASE WRIT OF ACCUSED IN CR. S.C NO: 424/2024 REG. QURBAN AND OTHERS V/S THE STATE U/S: 324, 353, 34-PPC CRIME NO: 68/2024 P.S. STUART GANJ.

                        Whereas the applicant/accused Faheem S/O Sher Muhammad by caste Kakepoto who is  remanded into your custody under the remand warrant of competent Court for proceedings under section 324, 353, 34-PPC and whereas on the receipt of an application for the grant of bail to the accused and whereas upon hearing of Advocate for the applicant/ accused and learned D.D.P.P for the state, accused named above is granted bail in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Thirty thousand rupees) and P.R bond in the like amount. Accused/applicant has furnished the required surety in this Court and same is accepted by this Court.

                        You are, hereby, directed and authorized to RELEASE the above said accused/applicant from your custody forthwith if he is no more required in any other case/crime, after obtaining P.R bond form accused in the Sum of Rs.30,000/- (Thirty thousand rupees) for their appearance before this court on 10-02-2025 at 08.30 a.m.
