SUBJECT:     RELEASE OF ACCUSED SUFIYAN @ SOOFI S/O NAZEER AHMED, LASHARI IN CR.BAIL APPLN.NO.3290/2024, (SUFIYAN @ SOOFI VS THE STATE) IN CRIME NO.76/2024 OF P/STATION HUSSAINABAD, HYDERABAD, U/SECTIONS 399, 401, 34 PPC.

Whereas, the above cited Cr.Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused SUFIYAN @ SOOFI S/O NAZEER AHMED, LASHARI and upon hearing Mr.Junaid Bhatti, advocate for an applicant/accused and Mr.Abdul Qayoum Memon, DDPP for the State, this Court has granted bail to the said accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/-(thirty thousand) and P.R bond in equal amount.

And whereas the required surety has been furnished and ZAHID HUSSAIN S/O ABDUL MAJEED has stood surety for the accused.

                   You are therefore, directed and required to release accused SUFIYAN @ SOOFI S/O NAZEER AHMED, LASHARI from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other custody case, after causing his P.R bond executed in the sum of Rs.30,000/-(thirty thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount for his appearance before the concerned/trial Court on the dates of hearings at 08:30 a.m positively until final disposal of the case.
