WHEREAS, on this 31th January, 2025 the accused namely 1. Mst. Samoon W/o Ali Murad Jakhrani, 2. Mst. Zakira W/o Sadam Hussain Jakhrani in crime No. 135/2023, Offence U/S 9(c) of Control of Narcotics Substances (Amendment Act 2022 of PS Baberloi , They are convicted u/s 265-H(ii) Cr.P.C before me (Ali Bux Thebo) Accused Mst. Samoon and Mst. Zakira are convicted for the offence punishable under Section 9(c) CNS (Amendment) Act, 2022 for recovery of Ice Drugs/Methamphetamine weighing three-three KGs each and sentence them to suffer Rigorous Imprisonment for fourteen years, and to pay fine of sixteen hundred thousand rupees each. In default of payment of fine thereof, accused shall suffer simple imprisonment for one year more. The accused named above are extended of Section 382-B Cr.P.C, their period of detention shall be deducted from the sentences
This is to authorize and require you to the Superintendent Central Prison Women Sukkur to receive the said convict along with writ of conviction in your custody and carry the aforesaid sentence into execution according to law
