Whereas, the below cited Criminal Bail Application was filed on behalf of below mentioned accused 1. Jahangir Ali S/O Kareem Dino Hakro 2. Muhammad Irfan S/O Muhammad Mushtaque and Hon’able High Court of Sindh Bench at Sukkur has been pleased to grant bail to the said accused persons subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs 100,000/- (One Lac Rupees) Each and P.R bond in the like amount.
And whereas the required surety has been furnished and one namely 1. Ghulam Yaseen S/O Ghulam Sarwar & 2. Jahanzaib S/O Kareem Dino stood surety for both accused named above which has been accepted.
You are therefore, directed and required to release accused 1. Jahangir Ali S/O Kareem Dino Hakro 2. Muhammad Irfan S/O Muhammad Mushtaque from your custody forthwith if they are not required in any other case, after causing their P.R bond executed in the sum of Rs 100,000/- (One Lac Rupees) Each for their appearance before the trial Court at 8.30 am and until final disposal of the case.
