Whereas, applicants/accused named below filed bail application u/s 497 Cr.P.C for grant of post arrest bail before Honourable First Additional Sessions Court, Mirpurkhas in Crl.Bail.Appln. No. 92 of 2025, in which granted bail to the accused persons, subject to furnish solvent sureties in the sum of Rs. 30,000/- each with PR bonds in the like amount before this court. Today below named applicants/accused have furnished required sureties to the satisfaction of this court in the sum of Rs. 30,000/- each with PR bond of the like amount. You are hereby required and authorized to release the above named accused persons forthwith if they are no more required in any other case with directions to the accused persons to appear before this court on the date of next hearing on 09-02-2025 without fail. The P.R bond of the accused persons are sent herewith for obtaining the signature/LTI of the accused persons and return the same to this court accordingly.
