SUBJECT:     RELEASE OF ACCUSED MUHAMMAD AHMED S/O MUHAMMAD IBRAHIM IN CR.BAIL APPLN.NO.304/2025, (MUHAMMAD AHMED VS THE STATE) IN CRIME NO.141/2024 OF P/STATION MAKKI SHAH, HDYERABAD, U/SECTION 8 OF SINDH PROHIBITION OF PREPARATION, MANUFACTURING, STORAGE, SALE AND USE OF GUTKA AND MANPURI ACT, 2019.

Whereas, the above cited Cr.Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused MUHAMMAD AHMED S/O MUHAMMAD IBRAHIM and upon hearing Mr.Kamran Khan, learned Advocate for an applicant/accused and Mr.Abdul Qayoum Memon, DDPP for the State, this Court has granted bail to the said accused in the sum of Rs.20,000/-(twenty thousand) and P.R bond(s) in the like amount.

And whereas the required surety has been furnished and one MUHAMMAD MUZAMIL S/O MUHAMMAD IBRAHIM, YOUSUFZAI has stood surety for the accused.

                   You are therefore, directed and required to release accused MUHAMMAD AHMED S/O MUHAMMAD IBRAHIM from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other custody case, after causing his P.R bond(s) executed in the sum of Rs.20,000/-(twenty thousand) and P.R bond(s) in the like amount for his appearance before concerned/trial Court on the dates of hearing at 08:30 a.m positively until final disposal of case.
