WHEREAS, on receipt of bail application filed by advocate on behalf of accused, Mir Muhammad S/o Arz Muhammad By caste Blouch, after hearing the advocate for accused and learned ADPP for the State, this Court has ordered that the above named accused be released on bail after furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs 100,000/-(One Hundred Thousands only) with P.R bond in the like amount.
WHEREAS one, Deen Muhammad S/o Jamal Khan R/o Muhalla Khuda Ki Basti SITE Area Kotri, has stood surety for above named accused, appeared and filed affidavit alongwith surety documents to stand surety for above named mentioned accused.
