Whereas, below named applicant/accused persons through their advocate moved bail application praying for release on bail.
And, whereas, upon hearing the bail application this court has been pleased to grant bail to the applicant/accused persons on furnishing of surety of accused persons in the sum of Rs 50,000/- with P. R. Bond in the like amount.
And whereas, the required surety on behalf of the applicant has been furnished in the court and P.R. Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court.
And whereas, surety namely Muhammad Badar Khan S/o Muhammad Aslam, has stood surety on behalf of the accused persons each in the sum of Rs.50,000/- in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court and produced CNIC and original Saving Certificate, to the satisfaction of this court.
You are therefore hereby required to release the below named accused persons forthwith if they are no more required in any other custody case/crime after causing his P. R. Bond in the like amount in the sum of Rs.50,000/- and the same should be sent to this court with direction to the accused to attend this court on 12- 02-2025 at 8:30am to face his trial in the above case and crime.
