Whereas the below named accused have moved an application under section 497 Cr.P.C for grant of bail before this court in the below mentioned case and whereas after hearing of the counsel of the below named accused, bail have been granted to the above named accused subject to their furnishing one solvent surety in the sum of Rs: 50,000/- only each, P.R. bond in the like amount and so also the Diyat amount of Rs.81,03,955/- (Eight One Lac, three thousand, Nine Hundred fifty five only) to the satisfaction of this court.
And whereas the below named accused have furnished the required surety in the sum of Rs: 50,000/- only for each, Total of Rs.200000/-(two lac only) with P.R. bond in the like amount and also the Diyat amount of Rs.81,03,955/- (Eight One Lac, three thousand, Nine Hundred fifty five only) to the satisfaction of this court which has been accepted.
You are, therefore, directed to release the below named accused persons forthwith if they are not required in any other case/crime after causing their P.R. bond in the sum of Rs: 50000/- only each for their appearance before this court on the date of hearing viz. 08-02-2025 at 8.30.a.m, and the same be submitted to this court within two days for record, without fail
