Whereas, the below named accused/UTP was sent to your custody under the remand warrant of this Court for Sections: 397, 34 PPC subsequently final investigation report was submitted under sections: 392, 34 PPC same was admitted and registered for offence under section 392 PPC and bail was granted to the accused named below filed through Mr. Syed Ghulam Hussain Shah Advocate and where upon hearing ld ADPP for the state this court has ordered that the accused named below be released on bail on furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs. 30,000/- (Thirty thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court and whereas the said applicant/accused has furnished the required surety before this Court.
