Akhlaque Ahmed S/O Sanaullah by caste Kolachi, whom you hold in your Jail Custody in the above mentioned case/crime, they have been granted bail by the Honorabler High Court of Sindh Bench at Sukkur vide order dated.03.02.2025 passed in Cr B.A No. S-167/2024 Accused have been granted bail in the sum of Rs.500,000/- each.
One depondent namely Naseer Ahmed S/O Ameer Bux by caste Shar R/O Village Mohammad Ibrahim Shar Taluka Ubauro District Ghotki appeared and submitted affidavit along with copy of CNIC and original Dhall receipt for standing the surety of above named accused which have been accepted provisionally.
You are therefore, hereby required to release them forth-with in the above mentioned case/crime, if they are no more required in some other case/crime, after receipt P.R bond, under intimation to this court. .
