SUBJECT: RELEASE INTIMATION OF ACCUSED IN CRIMINAL APPEAL NO. D-21/2024 REGARDING BABAR BROHI U/S 9 ( C ) CNS AMENDED ACT, 2022, CRIME NO. 66/2022 OF P.S GARHI YASIN.
WHEREAS, this Court convicted and sentenced accused Babar S/O Shafi Muhammad by caste Brohi under section 9 ( C ) CNS Amended Act, 2022 for imprisonment for 20 years and fine amounting to Rs.800,000/- vide Judgment dated 08.04.2024. The accused Babar S/O Shafi Muhammad by caste Brohi preferred appeal before Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court Larkana. The Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court Larkana has been pleased to order that “The appeal allowed. The impugned judgment is set aside. Appellant may be released forthwith if not required in any other custody case.” Vide Judgment dated 06.02.2025 passed in criminal appeal No.D-21 of 2024.
YOU ARE, therefore, directed/authorized to release the above named accused from your custody forthwith, if he is no more required in any other custody case/crime.
