Whereas, accused namely Mubeen Ali son of Allah Dino @ Dado Khoharo whom you hold into your jail custody for offence punishable in below mentioned bail/crime has been granted bail by the Court of Honorable Additional Sessions Judge-II, Ghotki in Cr. BA No.221/2025 dated.07.02.2025 by furnishing surety in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Thirty thousands) and personal bond in the like amount. The required surety has been furnished and deponent namely Budhal son of Hoat Chachar stood surety by submitting affidavit alongwith original saving certificate of Rs.30,000/- for above named accused, which has been accepted, after verification.
