One deponent namely Rizwan Ahmed S/O Mohammad Sadique by caste Hyderani R/O Pir Bux Hyderani Taluka Mirpur Mathelo has filed his affidavit along with copy of original Form VII-B and photo copy of his CNIC for standing surety of above named accused in the sum of Rs:100,000/- and P.R bond in the like amount, which has been provisionally accepted by this court.
