Whereas, the above named accused were remanded to your jail under the warrant before this court convicting/committing the applicant/accused under aforesaid section and whereas on the receipt of the bail order from Honorable 2nd Additional Sessions Court after hearing of the Learned, Mr. Ahmer Raza. The above Honorable court has ordered that the above named applicant/accused person be released on bail on furnishing surety in the sum of Rs.10,000/- each and P.R bond in the like amount on the satisfaction of this court and whereas the said appellant/accused named above has/have furnished the required surety to the satisfaction of this Court.
You are hereby required to release forthwith the above named appellant/accused (unless they/he/are/is liable to be detained for some other cause) from your custody and after getting their P.R bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- to be executed for their/his appearance this court on 17-02-2025. at 8:30 a.m and thereafter directed by this court from time to time and certify execution of this writ within three days after its receipt and send the P.R bond to this court.
