Whereas the below named accused has moved application U/s 426 Cr.P.C for grant of bail before this court in the below mentioned case and whereas after hearing of the counsel of the below named accused bail has been granted to the below named accused subject to his furnishing one solvent surety in the sum of Rs: 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) and P.R. bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court.
