SUBJECT:     RELEASE OF ACCUSED ZAHID S/O ALI NAWAZ, SOLANGI IN CR.BAIL APPLN. NO.343/2025, (ZAHID SOLANGI VS THE STATE) IN CRIME NO.397/2024 OF P/STATION QASIMABAD, HYDERABAD, U/SECTIONS 324, 353, 504 PPC.

Whereas, the above cited Cr.Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused ZAHID S/O ALI NAWAZ, SOLANGI and upon hearing Mr.Hatim Ali Soomro, learned Advocate for an applicant/accused and Mr.Abdul Qayoum Memon, DDPP for the State, this Court has granted bail to the said accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/-(thirty thousand) and P.R bond(s) in the like amount.

And whereas the required surety has been furnished and one BEEBAL W/O ALI NAWAZ, SOLANGI has stood surety for the accused.

                   You are therefore, directed and required to release accused ZAHID S/O ALI NAWAZ, SOLANGI from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other custody case, after causing his P.R bond(s) executed in the sum of Rs.30,000/-(thirty thousand) and P.R bond(s) in the like amount for his appearance before concerned/trial Court on the dates of hearing at 08:30 a.m positively until final disposal of case.
