Whereas the below named accused persons have moved an application under section 426 Cr.P.C for grant of bail before this court in the below mentioned case/appeal and whereas after hearing of the counsel of the below named accused persons, bail have been granted to the below named accused persons subject to furnishing their one solvent surety in the sum of Rs: 20,000/- only for each, and P.R. bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court.
And whereas the below named accused person have furnished the required surety in the sum of Rs: 20,000/- only each, with P.R. bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court which has been accepted.
You are, therefore, directed to release the below named accused persons forthwith if they are not required in any other case/crime after causing his P.R. bond in the sum of Rs: 20000/- only each for their appearance before this court on the date of hearing viz. 20-02-2025 at 08:30.a.m, and the same be submitted to this court within two days for record, without fail.
