SUBJECT:     RELEASE OF ACCUSED ABDUL GHAFFAR S/O ABDUL WAHAB @ DODO, UNAR IN CR.BAIL APPLN. NO.292/2025, (ABDUL GHAFFAR VS THE STATE) IN CRIME NO.20/2025 OF P/STATION SITE, HYDERABAD,  U/SECTIONS 324, 353, 223, 224, 427, 504, 147, 148, 149 PPC.

Whereas, the above cited Cr.Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused ABDUL GHAFFAR S/O ABDUL WAHAB @ DODO, UNAR and upon hearing           Ali Raza Jatoi, Advocate for an applicant/accused and Mr.Abdul Qayoum Memon, DDPP for the State, this Court has granted bail to the said accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/-(thirty thousand) and P.R bond(s) in the like amount.

And whereas the required surety has been furnished and one NOOR MUHAMMAD S/O ARBAB has stood surety for the accused.

                   You are therefore, directed and required to release accused ABDUL GHAFFAR S/O ABDUL WAHAB @ DODO, UNAR from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other custody case, after causing his P.R bond(s) executed in the sum of Rs.30,000/-(thirty thousand) and P.R bond(s) in the like amount for his appearance before concerned/trial Court on the dates of hearing at 08:30 a.m positively until final disposal of case.
