Whereas, learned advocate for applicant/accused namely Riaz Ali S/O Allah Dad Brohi, has filed bail application U/S 497 Cr.P.C for grant of bail of aforementioned applicant/accused. After hearing the arguments the bail is granted to the said applicant/accused, subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousands only) with P.R bond in the like amount. The required surety has been furnished on behalf of applicant/accused before this court, which has been accepted.
