SUBJECT:     RELEASE OF ACCUSED INAM @ ALI RAZA S/O DAIM, RIND IN CR.BAIL APPLN. NO.369/2025, (INAM @ ALI RAZA VS THE STATE) IN CRIME NO.54/2025 OF P/STATION QASIMABAD/NASIM NAGAR,HYDERABAD, U/SECTION 25 SINDH ARMS ACT, 2013.

Whereas, the above cited Cr.Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused INAM @ ALI RAZA S/O DAIM, RIND and upon hearing Abrar Hussain Abro, Advocate for an applicant/accused and Mr.Abdul Qayoum Memon, DDPP for the State, this Court has granted bail to the said accused in the sum of Rs.20,000/-(twenty thousand) and P.R bond(s) in the like amount.

And whereas the required surety has been furnished and one DAIM S/O SAINDAD has stood surety for the accused.

                   You are therefore, directed and required to release accused INAM @ ALI RAZA S/O DAIM, RIND from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other custody case, after causing his P.R bond(s) executed in the sum of Rs.20,000/-(twenty thousand) and P.R bond(s) in the like amount for his appearance before concerned/trial Court on the dates of hearing at 08:30 a.m positively until final disposal of case.
