Subject: CONVICTION WARRANT
WHEREAS, in the above Special case, the Niaz Hussain son of Qalander Bux Jatoi is convicted before Mr. Ali Bux Thebo, Additional Sessions Judge-I/MCTC/ Special Judge for CNS, Khairpur, under section 265-H(2) Cr.P.C for the offence punishable under Section 9(b) CNS (Amendment) Act, 2022 and sentenced him to suffer imprisonment for Nine (09) years, and to pay fine of Rs.80,000/- (eighty thousand rupees), and in default of payment of fine amount , the accused shall suffer S.I for six (06) months more. Accused is also given benefit of Section 382-B Cr.P.C.
This is to authorize and require you to the Superintendent Central Prison, Khaiprur to receive the said convict along with writ of conviction in your custody and carry the aforesaid sentence into execution according to law.
