RELEASE ORDER
Whereas, the accused person(s) named below:-
1.Faqeer Muhammad @ Baba S/o Ghulam Qadir
2.Jahangir S/o Muhammad Rafiq
3.Muzammil S/o Muhammad Ali
have been directed by this Court to be enlarged on bail in the above-noted crime subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.30,000/- each along with executing P.R. Bond in the like amount.
And whereas, Kulsoom D/o Faqeer Muhammad has stood surety for the above-named accused person and his surety has been accepted by this Court.
Now, therefore, you are hereby directed to release the above-named accused persons in this crime, if they are not required/confirmed in any other crime under the intimation to this Court.
You are, further directed to get executed one P.R Bond in sum of Rs.30,000/- each by the said accused persons before you, certify the said execution, and submit the same before this Court within two (2) days thereof along with your endorsement.
You are also required to direct the said accused persons to appear before this Court on 24-02-2025 at 08:30am without fail.
