The accused named below has been granted bail u/s 497 Cr.P.C by this Court in the below mentioned case/crime vide Order dated 14.02.2024 subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with P.R Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.
And whereas, the surety namely one one Muhammad Usama Khan son of Muhammad Ikram Khan b/c Khanazada, r/o House No. 541/31 Muhalla Prem Nagar Tando Allahyar has stood surety on behalf of accused namely Ali Hassan Khanzada in the sum of Rs.50,000/- and submitted his One Original Short Term Savings Certificates worth Rs.50,000/- No. B3M-103581 bearing Register No. 1026 dated 31-JAN-2025 with P.R. bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.
You are, therefore directed to release the accused named below forthwith, if, he is not required in any other case/crime after causing his P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/= for his appearance before the Trial Court on the date of hearing viz. at 8:30 am and the same be submitted to this Court within two days for record, without fail.
